I can't speak for the other practitioners, but I do want to say that Dr. Justin Jones has been an exceptional caregiver. He has been my primary care provider for nearly 7 years. He is young yet experienced. He is prompt for our appointments and concise during our visits. Most important to me, however, is that he is kind and compassionate, with an exceptional bedside manner. He always explains procedures in a way easy for me to grasp, and is wonderful at working with me on medication management. Finally, I highly recommend him as a general practitioner regarding the ongoing management of mental health concerns. He has worked skillfully with me on anxiety and depression for several years and I feel confident about his competency in this area, especially in adjusting and monitoring medication in addition to helping me find options for therapy.

I went into the urgent care this week with multiple concerns and desperately needed help. I was seen by Carson Homer. He did such a fantastic time addressing every last concern regardless of how long it took. I got the treatment I needed and felt so much better when I left. It was a short wait for me and Carson is highly skilled. I would recommend going to see Carson to anyone.

Urgent Care: My MA Avery was amazing and so was her physician partner! They saw us quickly and listened to every concern. They were willing to do tests that we asked for because of what our family had been diagnosed with. She asked whether I wanted a male or female doctor because I’m a SA victim. She asked if I wanted water and asked before she touched me at all. She was super kind and tried to explore every possible option. ALSO- they let me change with total privacy when I requested a pelvic exam. When I needed help tying me gown they did it without looking, even though they were about to do a pelvic exam. I felt SO respected. I’ve had to come here multiple times and while sometimes the wait time can be decently longer, they always try their best to give quality care. I have a service dog and they respected that. They looked at all different pharmacies to see which worked best with my insurance, even though they have their own pharmacy. The front desk people worked quickly and told us exactly what was going to happen before they could see us. The check in was sent quickly and they had us leave a sample prior to appt so they could have results ready. Every time I’ve had a test done during an appt, it only took 1-2 days to get a result. With other urgent cares, I’ve waited up to 2 weeks for results.

I went to Revere health urgent care and received excellent treatment. The doctor was friendly, helpful, and skillful. I highly recommend going here if you have an urgent matter that needs medical attention.

Brought my mom in on Easter for super high blood pressure, Dr Travis was so kind, addressed both of us, helped explain the treatment we were going to do today as well as follow up treatment needed. Seriously such a kind guy. Even fixed my mom's walking stick! 10/10 service.

I am impressed with this facility and staff. I was checked in and seen by NP, Jackie Fox, in a timely manner. Jackie was helpful and professional. After going to the lab for blood work, Jackie diagnosed a blood clot on my foot. She called an imaging technician to come to Provo to perform an ultrasound. The Imaging Department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Thank you for coming to the Imaging Department during your day off and performing an ultrasound so that I didn't have to go elsewhere. I highly recommend this facility.

Dr. Harrison has been my PCP for at least 3 years now and delivered my baby. She and all her providers are awesome. I've considered getting a new doctor now that we live a littler farther away, but haven't yet because I just really like this clinic. The nursing and office staff are always very friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues with billing. My only complaint is that I wish I were able to have more appointments with Dr Harrison herself, but I understand that they're very busy. UPDATE: Just a quick update to say that I did end up switching clinics for my pregnancy and decided to switch back. After my first appointment back with Dr. Harrison I am VERY happy with this decision. Her entire staff is amazing from the front desk to the nurses. My phone calls are always answered promptly. The building is so clean and nice. Dr. Harrison herself is super clear, attentive and respectful of personal preferences when applicable. Her bedside manner couldn't be better. Now that I've experienced another clinic I'm just so happy to be back. I'll be coming back here for all future pregnancies. It's worth the drive!

I had a great visit. They were super busy but when I was finally pulled back I was taken cared of very well. Nai really took the time to explain everything to me and reassured me. I know there’s a lot of bad reviews but I took the leap anyways and it paid off. Highly recommend this urgent care. A lot of the bad reviews seem to be billing related. I haven’t had issues yet but will update if I do.

Jackie is the best. I've got a bad infection in my toes from new work boots causing blisters ontop of my big toes. Because I'm a guy I thought they'd heal themselves. Well, they didn't and Jackie took the time to call two colleagues and send them pictures of my toes. She took the time to get me scheduled with a specialist and hooked me up with the best antibiotics.. I can't Thank her enough. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. Shayne

My elderly dad went in feeling pretty terrible and Tori NP was amazing. She took great care of him and got him tuned up and on his way. Probably saved him a hospital stay. My dad told me he’s never seen that level of bedside manner from a provider and I agree. If there were more stars to give I would!
